Delivery timelines are estimates based on the agreed project scope and timely receipt of required information, materials, feedback, and payments.
Delays caused by incomplete information, delayed approvals, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery schedules.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership and usage rights for final deliverables will be governed by the relevant proposal, agreement, or written understanding between RAMA 777 and the client.
Unless otherwise agreed, RAMA 777 retains rights to its pre-existing materials, working files, reusable design elements, methods, and tools. Third-party assets, fonts, software, and stock materials may be subject to their respective licence terms.
